According to foreign media reports, German automotive NVH supplier Vibracoustic has launched a plastic top mount for front axles to meet light vehicle manufacturers’ demands for lower vehicle weight and production costs. The component delivers the performance characteristics of conventional aluminum or steel top mounts while offering high-frequency vibration isolation and enhanced cost efficiency, achieving a weight reduction of up to 30%.
